What You'll Do

• Apply conformal coatings to PCBs (manual & automated)
• Mask, tape, inspect, and touch up coated assemblies
• Operate coating/dispensing equipment
• Handle liquid chemicals safely
• Follow work instructions, quality standards & MSDS
• Lift up to 25-40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pre-employment background check
• Electronics manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail & manual dexterity
• Comfortable using small tools and microscopes
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
